A credit is what an AI run costs. Most runs, such as an assessment, a SWOT or a goal plan, use 1 credit. A goal image uses 3, and the Startup Coach uses 1 credit per 15 messages you send.

Yes. Every new account gets 5 credits on sign-up, and the Nuggets and AI News feeds are free to read. You only buy credits when you want more AI runs.

Yes, up to 2× the pack. Each renewal tops your balance up by the pack's credits, but not past that cap. On the Plus pack (54 a month) your balance after a renewal is at most 108; if you already hold that many, the renewal adds none that month. Credits you hold are never taken away.

You pay once a year, 30% less than 12 monthly payments, and all 12 months of credits are added upfront on the day you pay. The Starter pack, for example, is ₹832 a year for 300 credits instead of ₹1,188.

Yes. Cancelling stops your subscription at the next renewal date: you are not charged again, and you keep every credit already added to your balance.

No. Purchased credits and subscription payments already made are not refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it stops at the next renewal. If an AI run fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

You don't pay for it. When a run fails on our side, for example the AI service is busy or returns something unusable, the credits it used are refunded to your balance automatically.
