1. Who we are

NuggetWolf (nuggetwolf.com) is run by [OPERATOR NAME], [CITY, STATE], India, an individual and not a registered company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean [OPERATOR NAME], and “you” means the person using NuggetWolf. By signing in or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use NuggetWolf.

2. What NuggetWolf is

NuggetWolf is a website that helps you learn about AI and about yourself. It includes:

• Nuggets, a feed of short AI-concept lessons, and AI News, a feed of AI stories. Both are free to read.
• AI-powered tools that use credits: self-reflection assessments (Self Discovery, Role Reveal, Stress Check), a Personal SWOT, the 3 Lives plan, goal plans and goal images, and a Startup Coach chat.

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a paid feature, credits you already hold can still be used on the features that remain.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, and for what is done on NuggetWolf while signed in as you. One account is for one person.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use NuggetWolf and to make purchases.

4. Credits, prices and subscriptions

AI runs cost credits. New accounts get 5 free credits on sign-up. The current cost of each run and the price of each pack are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are all-inclusive: no tax is added at checkout.

• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
• A one-time pack adds its credits to your balance once.
• A monthly subscription adds the pack’s credits at each renewal. Unused subscription credits roll over, but each renewal only tops your subscription credits up to 2× the pack; credits you already hold are never taken away.
• An annual subscription adds all 12 months of credits upfront, on the day you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and it stops at the next renewal.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices or credit costs in the future; a change never affects a payment you have already made.

5. Acceptable use

Please use NuggetWolf for its purpose. You agree not to:

• break the law, or use NuggetWolf to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• enter content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to get around credit charges, rate limits or security, or access other people’s data;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or use automated tools to call it in bulk;
• try to make the AI produce harmful content, or upload images you do not have the right to use.

6. AI output is not professional advice

NuggetWolf’s results are written by an AI model (Google Gemini) from what you enter. They are meant for reflection and learning. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

• Nothing on NuggetWolf is professional advice: not medical, psychological, career, legal or financial advice.
• Stress Check is not a diagnosis and is not a substitute for a doctor or mental health professional. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
• You decide what to do with any result, and you are responsible for those decisions.

7. Content and intellectual property

Your content. What you write (answers, plans, goals, chat messages) and any photo you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it, including sending it to our AI provider, only so we can run NuggetWolf for you. The results generated for you are yours to use.

Our content. The NuggetWolf name, logo, site design, code and our own lessons belong to us. AI News summaries link to the original stories, which belong to their publishers.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using NuggetWolf at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by abusing the service or trying to avoid charges. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused credits are not refunded. If we shut NuggetWolf down entirely, we will give reasonable notice on the site.

9. Limits of our liability

We work to keep NuggetWolf running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suit your purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at [CITY, STATE], India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For a significant change, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using NuggetWolf after a change, the new terms apply.
