Sample scoreMade-up answers

5.4/ 10

Moderate stress

Tip: Put your phone in another room for the last 30 minutes before bed this week.

What the eight questions look at

Not “rate your stress from 1 to 10”. Each question asks what you have actually been doing and noticing over the past week, with two options.

  • Sleep
  • Energy
  • Movement
  • Digestion
  • Sense of purpose
  • Mood and focus

How to read your score

0 to 10, to one decimal place, in three bands. NuggetWolf's own scale for reflection, not the PSS-10 or any clinical measure.

  1. Low

    0 to 3

    Few everyday signs of strain.

  2. Moderate

    above 3, up to 6

Some signals showing, such as patchy sleep or low energy.

  3. High

    above 6, up to 10

Many answers point the same way. Worth taking seriously.

Your result adds three tips based on your answers and three positive statements. “Turn into a goal” makes tip 1 a day-by-day plan.

Stress level questions

Is this a medical stress test?

No. It is a self-reflection tool, not a medical diagnosis or a clinical questionnaire, and it can't tell you whether you have any health condition. If you are worried about how you feel, talk to a doctor.

What is a normal stress level?

Some stress is part of ordinary life, and there is no single normal number. On this check's own 0 to 10 scale, 0 to 3 reads as low, above 3 up to 6 as moderate and above 6 as high. The scale is NuggetWolf's own, not a clinical one.

Can I take the Stress Check again?

Yes, one result at a time. Delete your current result from the results screen and you can take it again for 1 credit. Each run is a snapshot, so answer for how the past week actually was.

Is it free?

It is free to start: new accounts get 5 credits on sign-up, and the Stress Check uses 1 of them.
